Digital Brand Identity

Logo, type, colour and the usage rules that hold a visual identity together.

The problem

The brand looks different on every touchpoint, which quietly undermines trust.

Who it's for

Companies launching, repositioning, or finally formalising a brand that grew informally.

Brand identity is not a logo. The logo is one asset within a system — type, colour, spacing, tone — and the system is what makes a business look consistent whether someone meets it on a business card, a website, or an invoice.

When those elements disagree, the effect is subtle but real. It reads as unprofessional without the viewer being able to say why.

What this covers

Logo and mark. Designed to work at every size, from a favicon to a sign, in one colour as well as full colour.

Type and colour. A small, defensible palette and two typefaces, chosen for legibility rather than fashion. Fewer choices, used consistently, look more expensive than many used loosely.

Cross-touchpoint identity. Applying the system to the places it will actually appear: site, documents, social, signage, packaging.

Written guidelines. The rules and the reasoning, so that future work stays consistent without needing us.

How we approach it

We start with positioning, because identity without a clear idea behind it becomes decoration. Who is this for, what does it claim, and who is it competing with? The visual work follows from those answers.

We present a small number of considered directions rather than a spread of options. Choosing between six variations is harder than choosing between two, and rarely produces a better result.

Practical details

  • Logos supplied as SVG plus the raster formats you will actually need
  • Colour values in hex, RGB and CMYK
  • Guidelines as a shareable PDF

What this does not include

If you need copywriting, photography, or a new website as part of the same engagement, those are separate pieces of work. We will say so upfront rather than absorbing them silently into a scope.

What you get

  • →Logo and mark design
  • →Typography and colour system
  • →Visual identity across touchpoints
  • →Written brand guidelines
